Well after two very negative experiences at two other dealerships we decided to visit C Harper. I had very low expectations and told my wife that this was the last place we were going. I took my 2024 2500hd in because at 700 miles the check engine light came on. The problem turned out to be a faulty evaporative emission canister hose. The part wasn't available and had to be ordered. It came in right away so I took it back to be replaced. The repair took about an hour and a half. So far so good.

I was able to make an appointment online that was convenient for me and dropped my car off the evening before. I received a video from the mechanic explaining what the problem was and not long after that I received a call from Dan the service manager explaining the cost and approximately how long it would take to repair it. When it was finished I received an email saying it was finished and to pick it up at my convenience. When I went to pick it up I was directed to Dan and he explained what they did and how much it was going to be and then I paid my bill and Dan brought my car to the door and I left. Everything ran very smoothly!

Your service is the worst service I’ve ever dealt with in 40 years of dealing with service. Service was total cais, not to mention what my vehicle went in for not one thing got fixed. Total disaster will never buy a vehicle from you again and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know the same. Plus I went in twice for service drove 40 minutes to get there to have them tell me I didn’t have an appointment when I showed them I did. Horrible

The service agent was not at his desk when I arrived. Another agent processed my appointment. It took over 11/2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. Then, the service was complete and the truck was parked out front for ten minuets and the service agent had not yet came to complete the service. I had to go to the service area to look for the agent. Again he was nowhere around. I had to ask another agent to complete the paperwork!

I had 1:15 appointment for state inspection and emissions. My wife and I had some errands to do.I got back at 4 o'clock and my truck was not done. One of the service reps told me that since I was not waiting in the lounge they did the people that were. What is the reason to make an appointment if they don't do them in order.I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be done. My service advisor was very sorry. I don't think it was Alex Honaker fault.I hope this gets somebody's attention. Bowser is closer to my house. We bought my wife's Buick there maybe I'll buy my next truck there.

I had the worst experience with C Harper Belle Vernon on Monday, June 14th. I scheduled a valet service for Monday. My car was picked up and delivered to Belle Vernon at 9:32am. My car was returned to me at 5:30pm. When I scheduled my appointment, I told the appointment taker that I needed my car back at 4:00pm, it was delivered 1 ½ hours late. When I called to talk to my service tech, he told me that they were short staffed and over booked. Neither are my problem. I know exactly what happened, because I was not physically sitting there, my car was left to last. What is the point of having an appointment? My car was there approximately 7 hours for a simple tire rotation, oil change and 20,000 checkup. The last time I was at Belle Vernon was for an inspection; I physically waited for my car which took 3.5 hours, unacceptable. I thought using the valet service would be better since I did not have to sit there but instead, I got to sit at work waiting for it. Apparently, there is a problem in your service department – they are either over booking, or you do not have enough employees. The service tech who worked on my car did give me a discount on my services, which I appreciated but it still should not have taken 7 hours to work on my car. I doubt that I will ever buy another car from Belle Vernon or bring my car there for service. On a good note, the valet service was excellent.

First, I was left in the lobby as my advisor Kamryn and mechanic went home without telling me. At 6:15pm another advisor saw me in an empty lobby and got me a loaner. I was fuming that Kamryn and the mechanic just left without telling me. The other advisor apologize by saying we will make sure it is done, wash and cleaned for tomorrow. Next day, I received a video of the inspection and realized the back brakes were not as bad as Kamryn led me to believe. They were the same as the front which were at half life. I wish they showed the video to me first because I would not have got back brakes. I felt like I was ripped off by trusting the advisor. When I arrived to pickup my Acadia, it was not wash like they said they would do. I will have to reconsider ever doing business with C Harper Chevrolet in Belle Vernon. I really don't like being lied too and taken advantage of. It's a shame because I always did business at C Harper. I will consider other dealership because loyalty means nothing here.

Condensation in one of the back light panels, back windshield is not correct size and now now of my TPS work for my tires. After accident i checked them and only right wheel was not reading. Which was side closes to curb area And this was mentioned to Insurance co. Nate told Progressive the right front sensor went out because of age and the others would reset after driving. I called less than 3 minutes after leaving because none of them were showing a tps. I was 1st told to drive it to reset it and i have driven it and they are still out. I asked could I sent a picture of light and Nate started asking me if I see and cracks. I told him I am not a mechanic but I know Condensation. Progressives confirmed all back lights were replaced but I still have to come there for them to look at it then I will have to come back once damaged part is warranted out and replaced. My truck was there since around 6/17. It should have've been fixed correctly and looked over before I got it by a professional.

This is, by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. We had issues with scheduling service. Then we requested a courtesy car as we have a two hour drive to their location. When we arrived, on time, the courtesy car was not ready. When it was, it was a very large, diesel high profile truck that came 6 inches above my wife's knees. We struggled and struggled to get her in. She is 69 years old and I am 74. We both had a terrible time. The ride was incredibly rough to boot! As we were leaving the told us that before we brought it back we were to fill it back up! I bought a brand new Chevy Silverado, for 100,000.00. I paid cash and they are petty enough to tell me to fill it up! We did after driving around looking for a place with diesel...$3.00 worth. It was not worth driving around for, but we did. We waited for our truck to come out...and there it was, no wash, no vacuum...nothing....and I said to my wife, "WOW" this is not the Lexus dealer." We are accustomed to far, far better service. This is the sort of dealership that gives car salesman the poor reputation and scathing comments they frequently get. On the day we bought the truck, we got nothing but "we are family, we'll treat you like family, once you walk out the door you won't be alone, we are here for you...it was yada yada yada...." The very next day, the truck broke...the high voltage battery cooling fan went bad. And where was the family...??? NO WHERE! We knew then that we had landed on a lemon of a dealership. It is disgraceful how poor their service is. I hope you take my words to heart and give a hard look at your representation by C. Harper. I will never give a recommendation for C. Harper and will, at every chance tell every one of their customer service once the door closes behind you and they have your money.

My vehicle makes a loud buzz type noise when unlocking the door. This has been going on for about a month or so.I brought the car in to hopefully have the problem resolved. Apparently, the technician did not hear the noise, so I was told to bring the car back when it got worse. I explained that if the car was recently running and then shut off and then unlocked again within a short period of time it occasionally doesn't make the noise, but usually it does. They suggested that I bring the car back sometime and leave it overnight so they can check it after it's been sitting awhile.

We agreed on a price. I was paying cash for the vehicle so on the day I went to pick it up. I picked up the certified check for the amount of the price we agreed. However, when I got to the dealership, there were several changes that I was not made aware of until right before I left. This included me having to pay an additional $500. Luckily, I had $500 in funds on me to pay that difference. I’m not saying I am not pleased with the vehicle and the sales person was very nice. However don’t tell me to bring a check for one amount and then when I show up you ask for 500 more dollars because some promotion ended between the time I looked at the vehicle and I came to purchase it, which was actually only like a week

Dealership was fine in every way. They were very communicative and provided a loaner. I was very disappointed with GM for installing faulty parts in my truck to begin with and then not having replacement parts available in a timely manor. The truck that I paid $90,000 for was unavailable for over two months while waiting for parts for two different problems. I probably will not purchase another GM product for this reason

My salesman, Jimmy lamb was wonderful. I was not a fan of my service guy Kamdyn. When he called to let me know they found the issue with my car, he told me it wasn't under warranty. I had just purchased the car a week prior and obvious the premier inspection was not done in its entirety or I wouldn't have had to return the car for service so soon after purchase. When I told Kam I wasn't paying and my reason he said my bad I understand and hung up. That is not good customer service.

I had no drill mud flaps, door sills, bug deflector, and vent shades installed on my 2024 Trailblazer. CHarper did a fast and thorough job installing everything however the cost to install all the above cost me almost as much as it did to to purchase all the above items and that was with using a coupon for services at CHarper. When I say cost almost as much I am talking about a thirty dollar difference. Had I not had and used the coupon it would’ve cost me more to have the items installed than it would’ve to have purchased them. I had the items installed at CHarper because I bought my vehicle there. Meanwhile I later learned that I could’ve had them installed at a local car repair shop for about half the cost. I’m feeling a bit ripped off. I think you can do better on pricing when it comes to stuff like this. Especially when the items are bought at CHarper.

The requested service was fine. Cashier/payment was fine. The scheduling was poor. After arriving for a scheduled appointment for an oil change, I was told that it would be at least a 2-hour wait. Why schedule an appointment??? The service advisor re-scheduled me for a later date and the service was performed promptly. Apparent over-booking puts your service advisors in a bad position having to explain the long waits to customers. C Harper Honda does a much better job of scheduling for the several years that they serviced my Honda.

I brought my vehicle in to have a TPMS sensor replaced and to have the wheels road forced balanced. I know the wheels or wheel required RFB since it’s the same issue I have had in the past and instead of balancing the wheels, I was told that the wheel is bent. I took the wheel to another shop to see if the wheel wobbled when put on the balanced and we did not see any wobble. $331 is a bit ridiculous for a TPMS sensor and RFB!

I went to the wrong service building at fiest and the guy there was very eager to not help me. I explained i had an appointment and even offered to show my confirmation email. He claimed he didnt need to see it, that my appointment was there and cut me off several times and even laughed at me when he finally saw the confirmation and noticed it was at the wrong building. He was absolutely awful. But the guys that actually did my maintenance was amazing. Very kind and quick and explained everything. So overall, a great experience minus the man at the Honda service station.

I had to have the engine replaced on my 2014 Cruze due to it overheating from a failed hose. I knew it was going to be expensive. Dealerships always cost at least twice as much for parts and labor as everywhere else. My biggest complaint was how long it took to be repaired. They had my car for six weeks when it only took two days to actually do the repairs. As far as the work performed, I'm completely satisfied. All repairs appear to have been properly done with good new parts. Everything works correctly as it should. So far I see no issues.

The Service department is excellent, However the mechanics do not listen to the Service guys or the orders that they receive. Every time I take my truck for an oil change and tire rotation they do not rotate the tires, I either have to tell them to take it back and do it or the service employee does. I don't care how much tread is on my tires, if I tell them and pay for them to rotate the tires they had better be rotated, Unless C Harper wants to buy my next set of tires i suggest they do what the customer asks them to do.

It’s always a pleasure taking my vehicle to C. Harper Chevy. Normally, I dread dealing with a dealership service department, but this one is the exception. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. Cam was my service advisor and did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process with both phone calls and text updates. Ashley Black is always extremely helpful as well, especially when it comes to making sure I have a loaner vehicle if my truck needs to stay for a few days or longer. The only minor thing was that my vehicle wasn’t washed before pickup; however, it’s the middle of winter, so that’s completely understandable and not a big concern. Most of the work was covered under warranty, with the exception of some labor on one item, and everything was explained thoroughly before any work was completed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this dealership and the service I receive and will continue to bring my vehicle here in the future.

I want to emphasize that I was very happy with my sales representative. I was not happy with some of the other dealer services. I was told to arrive by 1 PM to pick up the vehicle which would be clean and ready to go. I arrived closer to 1:45 PM. The vehicle I was purchasing was being used as a courtesy vehicle. Upon inspection of the vehicle with my sales rep (Tim) , we discovered that the truck had not been thoroughly cleaned and detailed. Tim sent the truck back to detailing showing them areas of concern. Approximately 45 minutes later the truck was brought back out from detailing. An inspection with Tim again found the vehicle to not be thoroughly cleaned. Tim again sent the truck back to detailing. Approximately 30 minutes later the truck was brought back out. While not thoroughly cleaned and detailed (after 3 attempts) I agreed to accept the vehicle with the salesman promising to have it professionally detailed at a later date. I have never had such a difficult time with an auto purchase. I was at the dealership close to 3:30-4 hours. At one point I was so frustrated that I asked if I could just purchase a blue diesel Silverado on the lot. I want to emphasize that I was very happy with my sales representative. He was persistent in addressing concerns that developed when I came to pick up the truck.

- Originally told we would need to pay for the transmission replacement by the Service Advisor. On our own, discovered that it was actually in warranty under the GM power-train warranty and had to relay this to the Service Advisor. Fortunately, this was honored and the transmission was replaced under warranty, which was great. - Final Invoice included two rear tire replacements. Never received communication on the cost of this advance from the Service Advisor. Did not get to approve the brand and type of tires being replaced. The rear tires on the vehicle originally when it was brought in where snow tires. The tires that were replaced without approval are all season tires. We need snow tires on the rear. Called the Service Advisor to discuss the issue. Said "let me talk to my manager" never heard back. - Upon completion, payment link was sent to pay the Invoice. Although, no detail of what we were paying for. Service Advisor stated we will send you detail after you pay.... I stated we need this in advance before we pay. SUMMARY: Great the transmission was replaced under warranty, which we are happy with. Although, communication and lack of disclosure on additional repairs where not disclosed, nor heard back from the Service Advisor on the above tire concerns to date.
